Ensure all items are securely packed in their original protective boxes and internal wrapping to prevent damage during the transit process.

Schedule Pickup or Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized furniture courier for large items or provide instructions for smaller parcel shipments.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
